Authenticity of the jerseys
1/ How can you guarantee the authenticity of the jerseys sold on your site?
All the jerseys we offer are purchased directly from the brands, clubs, or their authorized distributors, thus guaranteeing their authenticity.
Upon request, we can provide proof of purchase and documents attesting to their origin.
Furthermore, thanks to our partnership with KitLegit, you have the option to request a certificate of authenticity for your jersey by contacting us at the following address: contact@leparcamaillots.com.
2/ Where do your jerseys come from?
We source our jerseys from authorized brands, clubs and stores, which guarantees their authenticity and quality.
All our jerseys are brand new and sold with tags.
Deliveries
3/ What are the delivery times for orders placed on your website?
Delivery times depend on the delivery option you choose.
We offer standard delivery and collection point delivery options, with delivery times ranging from 2 to 5 working days for standard delivery and from 4 to 9 days for collection point delivery.
4/ Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver worldwide!
Delivery times vary from 5 to 20 business days, depending on the destination country. All information regarding delivery times and costs is available when you validate your shopping cart.
International shipment tracking:
For international shipments (excluding Spain, Portugal, Belgium and the Netherlands), each package is first sent to our partner located in Paris, who takes care of all customs formalities.
- You will be given an initial tracking number to follow the shipment to our partner.
- Once your package has been shipped to its final destination, a new international tracking number will be emailed to you.
This process, including customs procedures, usually takes one week.
This approach allows us to guarantee a 100% customer satisfaction rate for international shipments.
5/ What is the cut-off time for my order to be shipped quickly?
To ensure your order is shipped the next day, it must be placed on our website before 8pm, the deadline by which our teams finalize the processing of the day's orders.
Orders placed after 8pm will be processed the following working day.
Please note that this only applies to standard deliveries and not to express orders, which receive priority processing.

The cost of delivery depends on the delivery option you choose and your location. Delivery charges will be displayed when you finalize your order. We use trusted delivery services to ensure your order arrives safely.
