At Le Parc à Maillots, we are pleased to offer you new and high-quality products.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You can return any product purchased from Le Parc à Maillots within 14 days of the purchase date for a full or partial refund. Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

To return a product, please contact us by email at contact@leparcamaillots.com , specifying your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will then send you instructions on how to complete your return.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, we will examine its condition and, if everything is in order, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that if you return your entire order, our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue. If a product has a manufacturing defect or is not as described, a full refund will be issued.

As a reminder, we check all our jerseys before shipping and anything possibly added by a third party with the aim of receiving a refund will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If eligible, an exchange is also possible which will be done via Mondial Relay with a jersey corresponding to the value of the initial order.
