Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use govern the contractual relationship between Le Parc à Maillots and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase on the website: www.leparcamaillots.com

1. Object

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale/General Terms and Conditions of Use is to define the terms of sale and use of the products offered by Parc à Maillots on its website, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of these products.

Le Parc à Maillots offers for sale brand new official jerseys sourced directly from equipment manufacturers, clubs, sports shops, and other sports organizations. These jerseys are primarily for football. The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, should any errors or omissions occur in this presentation, the Seller cannot be held liable.

3. Order

The Buyer can place an order online at www.leparcamaillots.com
To place an order, the Buyer must select the product(s) they wish to purchase, add them to their cart, verify the contents of their order, and confirm it. Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order from a Buyer with whom there is an existing dispute concerning payment for a previous order.

4. Price

Product prices are listed in euros and include all taxes. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, but agrees to apply the prices in effect at the time the Buyer validates the order.

5. Payment

6. Delivery

The ordered products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Buyer when placing the order.
To ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, jersey delivery will take place within 3 to 7 business days of receiving payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). All delivery times are indicated on our website.

The Seller shall not be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery or a loss of package caused by a third party or by the Buyer himself.
However, the seller commits to shipping the products within the stated timeframe. The product is therefore delivered under the conditions selected by the buyer at the time of placing their order.

The transport of the products is carried out at the seller's expense and risk. As soon as the buyer acquires physical possession of the ordered product(s), the risk of loss or damage to the product(s) is transferred to them.

In the event that the package is returned to the seller, the delivery charges paid at the time of order will not be refunded and new delivery charges will be applied for reshipment of the order.

Furthermore, products purchased on the Site can only be delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the Site in Metropolitan France, including Corsica, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Andorra, Portugal, Austria, Monaco, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Greece, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Romania, Liechtenstein and San Marino.

Any delivery address located outside these territories will be accepted subject to conditions. Le Parc à Maillots may cancel an order outside the aforementioned territories.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legal provisions, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

If you wish to exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending an email to contact@leparcamaillots.com or by using the contact form available on our website "Le Parc à Maillots".

To ensure that the withdrawal period is respected, it is sufficient for you to send your communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the period of fourteen (14) days.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, we will reimburse all sums paid, including standard delivery charges (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery method offered by our company), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any event, this refund will not incur any fees for you.

You must return the products to the company's address without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw. This deadline is considered met if you return the products before the fourteen (14) day period expires.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the delivered products do not conform to your order or were damaged during transport.

In any event, you are responsible for any decrease in the value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the products.

We therefore recommend that you take care of the products during the withdrawal period and return them in their original packaging, with all accessories, instruction manuals and accompanying documents.

If the aforementioned conditions are met, we will proceed with the refund of the sums paid for the returned products as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen (14) days following receipt of these products.

8. Legal guarantees

In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the products sold by the Seller are covered by the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects. In the event of a product's non-conformity, it may be returned to the Seller, who will accept the return, exchange the product, or issue a refund. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed based on the invoiced rate, and original shipping costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of proof of payment.

9. Intellectual property
