Notes : Founded in 2004 as Milton Keynes Dons, the club emerged from the controversial move of Wimbledon FC to Milton Keynes in 2003.
This transfer provoked strong opposition from supporters, who boycotted the team during its last season in London.
In response, they created a new club in 2002, AFC Wimbledon, founded by the fans themselves.
